From Me, To You

It was still clear to my mind; waking up in the morning, opening the television to watch the news of the result of the presidential election and hoping that we will finally have good government, but then.. It turned upside down.


May 25, 2022 when you were declared as the new President of the Republic of the Philippines with the total votes of over 31 million. Hello, Mr. President. I would like to take this letter as an opportunity to express my thoughts about you. But first, I would like to congratulate you on your victory in the recent presidential election. The past four months of you being the president were not good. I saw your vlog posts in social media going to other country, while the people- your people here in our country needs you.


To be honest, I’m really worried about things that would possibly happen in the next six years with you as the president of our country. I’m just hoping that it will be good, I'm hoping that you will perform your duties well. Your promises during the campaign, I hope that they’re not meant to be broken. With the next years, I hope that you will improve, that we will have a good future.

                              Viva San Pablo, Viva Vigan! The Longganisa Festival in Vigan City is an annual celebration that pays homage to the city's famous longganisa, a type of Filipino sausage. The festival typically takes place on January 20-25, and features a variety of events and activities that showcase the rich culture and history of Vigan and especially its longganisa. This year, there have been numerous activities held in Vigan. Some artists have performed at Plaza Burgos.
